Even in outsourced locations like Philippines downsizing is being done. “Profitable” L&R is right-sizing/downsizing left and right. Heard the boss in that location is a terrible one and his people are planning a “revolution”.

Aig doesn't care about their employees. They only care about how much money they have and will get. Layoffs since 2015 and maybe longer. So sad. Aig should just close it's doors, maybe another company will take over.
