Anyone hearing where next round of RIFs will happen heard SP WI shared services hit hard how about any other shared services-claims processing locations

Just got word that due to expenses there in the claim department there will be no reimbursement for holiday lunches/dinners this year. How are we supposed to keep morale at any level above the toilet under these conditions...Unreal!
