Do y'all think the company will make it mandatory for employees to take the Covid 19 vaccine?

belk is using covid as an excuse to cut costs to the bare minimum at the store level and use they money to give the executive team six figure bonuses, covid is the perfect excuse.

just so you know...Don Hendricks HATES going in stores, he will make up any excuse to avoid it. He also refers to store level workers (managers included) as “those people” ...truly a slimeball.

A good friend at the SouthPark Belk in Charlotte said they haven’t seen Lisa Harper since December 2019. They said that raises all sorts of red flags as that is the flagship store and the gold standard for all belk stores.
