I think that C1 does not really embrace the internal movement of the workforce. In fact, it seems that most people think that redeployment is just a farce and nothing more?

From my experience the ADLs didn't own the business or technology so didn't add much value. They also used to track metrics that didn't translate to any business meaning.

Atleast 1,100 full time associate have been laid of by CapitalOne. With no clear reason as to the cause of the layoffs.

Today Capital One eliminated every agile role within technology, and thousands of people have been impacted.

Looks like 10-15% of the company just got axes, all ADL and agile adjacent roles are gone as of February 1st.

Even if I survive these cuts, my priority will be to get out of here. The lack of job security is the primary source of stress for me and working hard to increase your chances of survival is almost meaningless when it comes to cuts here.
