Team was told we are fine but cant trust leadership. Anyone know which teams are / will be and if i have no notice should i consider myself safe

I know 10/1 was “the day”, but it feels like a lot of teams were notified one way or the other today. Any insights?

It’s bizarre that the official announcement of close to 3,000 layoffs was just casually mentioned in an article on Heartbeat with no direct email communication from KL or any other executives regarding it.

Does anyone know what departments are being targeted this time?

Does anyone know if those already laid off are exempt or non-exempt employees? A lot have been saying only salary employees (so far) have heard and hourly will hear later in the week.

Glenview Capital was told that 2900 employees to be laid off. Most are at Aetna. Glenview is rarely involved in Activist activities. Glenview will get a board seat. The stock is up 3%. There is probably a spin off coming. KL may be toast.

Got the dreaded position is being eliminated…..last day is in December.

Can I request to be part of the layoffs

CVS has approximately 300,000 employees, 1% is getting laid off, and no impact to retail store colleagues. How many corporate employees are there? What % of corporate employees are getting laid off?

I have never been laid off before but I would not be surprised if I get let go. What do I grab for my CV? I typically keep general notes of bigger projects. Anything else you would recommend?

Review your paycheck for 09/30/2024. If you notice that your PTO balance has been paid out, it indicates that you have been selected for the layoff.
