Colleague Availability
What is the policy regarding availability? Can a store manager force an employee to work outside of their availability? The colleague’s availability is approved/set in myschedule.
What if the front end is reduced by 35-50%?
Sure, it may never be gone for good. Why stick around and find out? What if the front end is reduced by 35-50%? How much payroll, and how much would they want to pay managers? 10 years from now the job will be different, borderline unrecognizable... — read more

Higher ups...
What really irks me is all the higher ups (DL, LP/AP, Regional Director, AVP, etc.) who come in to our stores and do nothing but crab at us and bark orders, but don’t lift a finger to help, as if actual work is beneath them! And people wonder why... — read more

It's So Funny...
..to watch a RVP, come into your store for a visit, no background in Pharmacy, and then totally "salivate" over the existing Pharmacy, totally ignoring the Front Store Manager. Absolutely hilarious.
The culture of uncertainty
