Back in February, many of us were told that we were going to be let go on 8/31. It was hard to accept, but at least we knew that we had some time to get our affairs in order, and figure things out, as well as go through the steps to accept our fate... — read more

With the divestiture

With the divestiture I'm glad we sold the play, but we still need to reduce the number of employees, especially all the dumbass PM's in the PMO of PE. I vote to get rid of all the supervisors especially big Mick Dickie.

Need more layoffs

Come on execs, you need to layoff at least another thousand people this year. Gotta build up enough cash to HBP all that juicy Felix acreage for which you overpaid. You can always hire them back later, they aren't smart enough to go anywhere else.

Sharing the love

I'm confused as to why some hard working, loyal employees were Layed off but others took their positions? Also, why are people getting a bonus, not to mention some getting raises? This sounds like politics to me. Someone wanted to have more control... — read more
