Still at Devon, not sure for how much longer. Oil down to $37s today. Alot of people still seem to be in denial & think they're safe forever. Am I the only one feeling like the axe is about to fall?

Why Canada? I thought it was all going to be regulated to OKC in the IT and Land departments. What positions were eliminated in Canada?

The layoffs have already started in Canada, several people have been let go today or given 2 weeks notice if you are a contractor.

The Devon Layoffs will be delayed until after Labor Day. Another 10% in IT and Land departments. In total about 80 people in Calgary and OKC.

What about the WARN Act? Isn't it supposed to help the employees in knowing when massive layoffs are going to happen?

Those with the most experience and cost. Shame on Devon. Snakes with no integrity
