95+. That’s how many. This company has 95 VPs in their title and not one business unit is winning. Think about it! Let’s say, just for laughs, that each makes a min 150k salary. Which we all know they probably make more than that, that is $14.2... — read more

Pay/bonus for upper level?
So many store level managers have jumped ship due to lack of support staff being taken away, continued increase in expectations with no possibility of reward, fear of being layed off, lack of pay increase and bonus and benefit cuts, oh I could go on... — read more

Safety
I can’t tell you how comforting it’s is to know that we now have a bio hazard kit when I am working in the store by myself. It really makes me feel much safer.

Beyond store level cuts?
Just wondering, is there ever a regional or above cut? I can understand layoffs at store level if they arent profitable, but seems like getting rid of 1 r.m., gap, or higher would save a lot more money than a low paid store position.
Did we make the cut??
So if we haven't heard from our manager yet does that mean we are safe from the layoff? Anyone know what type of positions were cut? This is so heartless, right before the holidays.
Severance and Unemployment

Let's get this straight.
The whole "restructuring" malarkey? Stores are, once again, going to be carrying the can for the dead-weights at the top of the ladder? Just how many do they fire or lay off before the entire house of cards comes crashing down & their precious... — read more
