2022 numbers are being sugar-coated

So they announce that the trucks are the best selling trucks, the transits are the best selling vans, the Maverick is the best selling small truck and that Ford is the 2nd largest electric automaker. Here's what they don't tell you: That our... — read more

Keep the cup, I paid for Quality

I paid for a safe and reliable truck. Insulting that Ford thinks a cup is a fair trade for a defective airbag. Who does this stuff at Ford. Nothing but hot air windbags. Last August, FoMoCo issued a recall for select Ford Maverick pickups over an... — read more

I don't get the RTO backlash

I'm a foreigner. I live 45 minutes on a good day from Dearborn. I would love to RTO and still be employed at Ford. I became SIRP in August. While enjoyed WFH, I preferred being at Ford with the benefits. Yes I'm working on job opportunities that pay... — read more

How can we do confidential work with RTW rules?

I am in finance and work on Ford Confidential and Secret financials. But under RTW rules GSRs have no access to an office like I used to have. Does Ford leadership expect me to work in a open area with everybody around so they can see what I am... — read more

Few people trust this leadership anymore

Nothing surprising, but it's still awful how few people have confidence in the direction they're taking Ford. Is there anyone who still has at least a little faith that they know what they are doing?

If Ford continues to be managed as it is now

it would not surprise me if the company becomes completely irrelevant in the industry. Maybe someone thinks otherwise? Although I try to look at things positively, I can't help but notice that Ford is becoming less and less relevant.

How soon will layoffs happen?

We all know the rumor of Q1 layoffs, but how soon after Jan 1st do you think they’ll happen? Praying it’s sooner rather than later so we’re not all in limbo most of the quarter.
