Keep hearing about Headquarters gone and PDC going away. So what’s the plan? People do not know and they are supposed to figure it out.

Obviously it’s going to impact low level jobs at Ford? What constitutes low level and replaceable for AI? I am thinking customer service agents, Accounting, Finance, and maybe sprinkle in some tech folks. Any thoughts here?

The air quality in the offices is really bad. Will the company be providing air purifiers? I reached out to HR but they haven't responded yet. Also the toilets are a concern for many - the seats and handles are usually smeared with human waste.
