Ford is moving virtually all jobs they had through their Percepta vendor to Ford of Mexico. The CRC, OTA, and warranty will all be moved. Percepta just did a bunch of layoffs and there are whole departments that have been notified.

If an employee with pension and HRA dollars for medical insurance is let go and the company files for bankruptcy in few years, is the pension annuity and HRA protected for them or is there a chance of benefit reduction or lose it completely?
