Came back from vacation and dreading to be back at this sh1t show of a company
Constantly just worried about losing my job here, there is no future or growth here left. Going to keep doing just enough to hopefully last 6 more months and then figure my stuff out / interview good enough to get something else. The titanic is... — read more
Why large corporations prefer H-1Bs (hint: it's not low-cost)
They don't tell They don't yell. They work after the bell.
Where is FLV, we need him back!
He was able to convince WS that we were really a subscription and services company and the stock hit $25! It’s been all downhill since he “departed.” Now that PS has tried, failed, and moved on to spinning wheels elsewhere, we need a real producer... — read more

Retire prior to Medicare Active

At Ford - It's who you know, not what you know
It's sad to see a company like Ford going down the same path as other bankrupted companies. Hired people because of who they know in the company and not what they are qualified to do. It's the same from management to UAW. This is the reason why... — read more

A circus run by a bunch of clowns who couldn't pour water out of a boot with the instructions on the heel.
H1b abuse at Ford
After seeing the H1b debate on twitter made me think how abusive and prevalent this visa scam is at Ford. I see Indian managers who only hire other Indians on h1b and discriminate against others. Should H1b visa be stopped for companies who lay off... — read more
CRC, OTA, & others
Ford is moving virtually all jobs they had through their Percepta vendor to Ford of Mexico. The CRC, OTA, and warranty will all be moved. Percepta just did a bunch of layoffs and there are whole departments that have been notified.
Why do so many of you hate Ford?
I understand hating the leadership, but why hate the entire company?
Leadership will run us into the ground
Not only do they lack vision and direction, but they are also incredibly slow to react to the developments in the world around them. I'm honestly terrified of what next year will bring. I have absolutely no confidence that they will successfully... — read more
