Ford is headed in a bad direction

All the time I thought that we would get back on track, but no. Is it possible that the leadership does not see the extent of the damage they are doing to the company? *Or are they perhaps still feeling confident that they are doing the right... — read more

Stock is garbage; expecting it to go to 0

Take a look at the stock market chart, Ford has literally been range bound for multiple years and the only reason it has any value is because of the dividend. With the layoffs happening every 3 months here and the morale down the toilet, I have no... — read more

I'm starting my job search outside now.

Not going to wait until September 25th to hope and pray that I am not put on the chopping block. Seems very unhealthy and anxiety inducing to be constantly worried if I will be next. I can't gamble my financial future on this.

How long would it take to get fired?

Fired in the sense its not layoff but based on performance. What is the general timeline/ steps that happen before? 6 months? 1 year? Wondering if its better to just do nothing and study for interviews while collecting paychecks.
