I'd say close to 70% of the Prudhoe Bay location has been laid off. Similar in Kuparuk as well. Sadly no change in the Anchorage management office.

DMC doing what it does best; Lay off all the experience and try to tread water with what's left. Moving PGL's over areas they know nothing about. Leaving groups alone that don't add any value to the bottom line.

30-40% reduction sounds like alot....but i believe it. We employees here at Sperry NB are seeing it first hand. All morning long, left and right, one after another. Even PGLs are being let go and techs with 20+ yrs here.
