Always aim for long term career plans. HAL is a 2-3 year type employment at best even for a young graduate engineer especially from a public 'STATE' school. Keep in mind uncle Dave is just a bean counter.

After this weekend there will not be a weekend shift. There will be some left on nights. The reason I know there will be a night shift is because I was asked to go to nights. Going to be around 140 people.
