I fear that after the deal don't close there will be a huge layoff around the middle of December in Duncan. I hope I am wrong but think it will happen.

With the industry in the shape it's in. And billions spent by Halliburton. Big Red Will be in a 9 line bind.

Obviously Halliburton is saving money by using public funded police rather than having their own security. Do taxpayers realize what is going on here? This is a clear sign of corruption at the Police level.
