I am a clerk for the car sales side. I was furloughed and haven’t received a phone call about being laid off. I was told however that at least here the furlough is extended till June 14th.

Let me get this straight. They let go of FMs, VSAs, CSR... But they’re bringing Instant Return back? What sense? The people that “think” for this company are dumber than the customers who think a debit card is a credit card.

Was told not to worry about anything, to getting furloughed, to laid off. Anyone reading this, don’t go back to work for them when this is all over and they need people again!

Now hearing that it's being pushed back from April 10 to April 30th. I don't know if this is true or not. But once the normalcy begins to return for the economy, so should too the jobs.

About 30% furloughed Tuesday. Across all job titles. They keep medical coverage. Florida pays only 275 week unemployment pay per week

Hertz RAC employees and management have all been furloughed here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Supposed to be back as of April 10th but you unfortunately can't put a time clock on this thing right now.

Upper management closed multiple stores toward closing today. Possible return April 11th. Highly doubtful returning to opening any time soon. Managers, Ma, Mt all furloughed. Guess make more staying safe at home! Good luck to those stuck open.

Using the term furloughed means no severence package to save Hertz money. Management will get paid off in two weeks. Many locations have twice as many as they need, so as an example if you have 10 managers five will be let go
