Hertz continually poaches its highest earning employees in each work group to drive costs lower. They have also lowered the education standards for managers across the company.

Here is a bright idea. Let’s spend $55m on a new corporate jet for the CEO to use as a private taxi, and even better let’s finance the jet through GS??? Great leadership!
