Second round of RIFS starting Jan 9th
I think tier 5 and tier 4 are being hit again starting the 9th with more involuntary. Directors are making "appointments" with managers they have no business relationships with. Time will tell.
C'mon- we know there are some leaders watching this site that still have some shred of integrity left-it's time to STAND UP & do the right thing
Managers, directors and above- where are you? Like another poster stated, how can you look in the mirror, face your children, grandchildren, spouses, friends- do any of them realize what kind of leader you are? I hope- those of you that still do have... — read more

Can someone explain why Honeywell squanders space earning opportunities?
For every worker charging a cost plus space program, Honeywell earns profit. Clearwater was a hard lesson in 2005 during a large RIF, more than 7M lost in revenue per week due to head count pushed out the door. Nothing was done to regain that revenue... — read more
Site announcement of Celestica take over of Tucson was cheered by employees

Mexican Layoffs?

When DC is done destroying the corporation & selling it off, Jim Cramer will call him "brilliant" on the TV!

2017 RIF Round 2 - Scheduled for Next Week?
Has anyone else heard rumors that identify next week (Jan 11) as round 2 of the Jan 2017 RIFs? I understand that though not all, a majority of the RIFs this round were volunteers.

VRIFed people cannot be happier to get out of the asylum.
