Class Action Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

Please confirm if the class action lawsuit brought against Honeywell International for a variety of wrongful employee terminations is fact. It does not sound good for the company's future !

All aero folks should apply for RIF

Would all of us applying for RIF send a strong message to Aero? In essence it be as if no one volunteered and make them choose folks the old fashion way. Just a thought that is gaining steam

WFH Exemptions

My manager told us that all WFH exemptions will have to be approved by Coty. Which means there will not be any exemptions. Everyone must show up at a Honeywell facility somewhere or they will be terminated.

Massive amounts of Sick TIme in Q4

Time to slowly (or quickly) ramp up the number of sick days in Q4. A 20-40% productivity reduction should be more than enough to offset those pesky productivity improvements that have resulted in RIFs and furloughs.

Go with the RIF?

Honeyhell will not be around in one year. They are positioning it to be sold off by division. It is awful tempting to go with the RIF, but at almost 60 the prospects for another job are not real good.
