Been working at Hon for 13 years, have yet to experience a single layoff. We've had furloughs once before and it was not a surprise during the

recession in 2008. Demand is down for 2016, you can blame whoever you want for that but that's the reality. I'd rather see layoffs than the company go bankrupt. Cooporations exist to generate profit so I can't be mad about layoffs after 13 years of... — read more

Had to train my replacement (from India) to get a severance package after 26 years of providing customer service in the Aerospace Division. There were 240 of us cut from customer service with Infosys getting our jobs. It's just wrong

Laid off 3 yrs before early retirement age

Started there in 1979, got laid off in Dec 2011, 3 yrs before early retirement age. Of course they let me go after I trained HCMO employees! Feel sorry for anyone working there, place sucks!
