Either leadership is unqualified or it's a cash grab. My advice: if you can, select lump sum pension and get out. Bankrupt companies have bankrupt pension plans.

Why does it seem to me that we are concerned more about the future of Honeywell than our leadership? Does anyone think that those at the top have a vision and a concrete long-term plan for the company?

The attrition rate exceeds the hiring rate . Talent leaving, unexperienced techs are common occurrence here. Not to mention, the percentage of employees near the retirement age ready to get out.

Struggling to make ends meet with that 2.5% merit increase despite inflation? Our leaders really took care of themselves. DA and AM got a 5% increase and GL an 11.5%. Must be good to work for corporate. All in the proxy.
