Life will be painful for the vaxxed who remain

Wow, the arrogance of the Aero leadership team! In the Townhall they said they will not re-baseline schedules when the firings are done. That means Mandatory OT and/or missed milestones for all those who remain to take up the slack! Kiss bonuses good... — read more

Block rating season

Its the block rating season again where everyone is given a number depending on your results and behaviors. The old adage of having 5% of a teams population to be rated at an elbow rating as a guideline is where every manager has to put in regardless... — read more

Sine Workflows App Data Privacy Notice

Be aware of the Data Privacy notice you must acknowledge when you submit your vax status. It basically says you no longer have any data privacy and they can send your health data anywhere and to anyone for any "legitimate purpose" which of course... — read more

SINE Workflows App

It’s so convenient that SINE is a Honeywell app that they want us to put our vax information in to. They need to show that Honeywell uses it for compliance to drum up business for all the other companies looking for this type of Orwellian app.. — read more

How much higher pay did you get in another company?

I started looking for another job a long time ago, not because of the vaccination, but because of the general atmosphere in the company and because I'm underpaid. I'm interested in how much higher pay you got in other companies when you left here... — read more

ACA Medical Coverage Experience - Early Retires

This topic is for early retirees, or anyone with first hand knowledge, who has used the ACA for medical coverage. I will be retiring early (59) at the end of 2021 and considering the option of either buying a PPO plan through an insurance broker... — read more

Exemption Approval?

Has anyone received, or know of someone who’s received an approval/denial for a filed religious exemption? I’m wondering what the turn around is for a final decision.

Closed meetings ==> layoffs or payoffs?

Phoenix Managers have been holding closed meetings for several weeks. That is never good. Rumors. What is coming? Are they doing another round of retention raises? Then a new voc survey , surprising after the last disaster.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

My former boss, about 3 years ago, went from being a decent guy to being a complete monster. Was it just him cracking under the stress, or this required of all management now? Glad to be retired.

Spread the word!!!

Spread the word to call off next week in protest to vaccines... There is power in numbers, the more people that join, the more money they lose, the quicker they will change their minds

New employee survey

What will you say? Did all that the automation improve your life? ( maybe that is why the covid app is late) Did accelerator videos fire you up about Honeywell? How did Darius do interpreting the feedback?

Why Does Honeywell Employ Doctors

I have to wonder why Honeywell even has doctors on staff if all they do is parrot the CDC. Shouldn't the point of having your own medical staff be to evaluate ALL of the studies and data and draw their own conclusions? And haven't they seen by now... — read more

Mandate, contracts

I pulled someone's question from one of the threads below because it interests me as well: what would happen if Honeywell didn't comply with the mandate, that is, how many existing and future contracts would be lost?

Is it correct to assume that India now has the most Honeywell Aerospace engineers ?

OSHA recommends test from home for exempt employees

Huge win for employees getting exemption. Many companies are saying self-certification or home tests are all that is needed for test reporting after Dec. HON will likely put in something to overrule this and make life miserable

That failed

I changed roles within HON recently hoping things would improve and I'd finally get from under the thumb of an incompetent manager with a superiority complex, but that didn't work out for me. Apparently, incompetent managers with a superiority... — read more

Let's all ask for exemption.
