More to come

Get rid

The first thing they should look at is how bad there turn over is. It is because of upper management who doesn't care about there employees, or there family life. They expect way to much from one person which is unfair. To many managers, not enough... — read more

Any insight into what's happened so far specifically in Delta?

Barney would be ashamed

I can’t help but wonder what Barney Kroger would think of all this. A CEO who makes upwards of 11 million per year, and countless VPs of any and everything who make the big bucks too. Kroger says Store Leadership is the most important Role, yet we... — read more

It's not a layoff

Stop calling it a layoff! Definition of a "layoff" means people can eventually get called back to their jobs. In this case, that will never happen. These people were forced into retirement or just plain let go. End of story.

Do they even say anything? Do they say you're getting laid off due to position elimination, restructuring,or what? What are the laid off folks being told at those meetings?
