Saw an article today that said U.S. oil producers are doling out billions to shareholders. I think Oxy is unique in they aren’t sending much of the windfall profits to shareholders. Debt or no debt, more needs to go to the shareholders.

Wanted to hear feedback on your experience with the new STEP program. Has it benefited you in some way? Are the purposes clear to you? It is better than previous programs?

Heard today Tesla wants work from home employees back in the office. The alternative is to not work there. If this becomes a trend you might expect oil companies to adopt this policy within the next few years.
