backfilling jobs
I really don't have the feeling that OXY is backfilling a lot of jobs, as someone says here. Moreover, I am quite frustrated waiting for the colleague who left to finally be replaced. At this point I doubt that it will ever happen at all. What is... — read more

Why Oxy Stock down
Why is Oxy stock down today with such great earnings numbers. Is this already built into the current price and the lack of investment grade bond rating and pi-s poor dividend is just dragging it down once again. Still the company seems to be doing... — read more

Impacts of upcoming recession

Unnecessary layers of management
Hopefully if WB comes and buys the company, he will realize we do not need all these unnecessary layers of overpaid management. It adds so much unnecessary red tape when trying to get anything done.
EPA going after the Permian..............

Air pollution vs carbon dioxide
I am so frustrated by your average id--t in this country calling Carbon Dioxide air pollution. It is not air pollution like the particulates, NOx, and Sox, etc. There needs to be some education done on greenhouse gasses versus nasty air that causes... — read more
