VH became CEO in April 2016. Take a look at OXY stock performance relative to Chevron since April 2016. Chevron performance has been significantly better. OXY should be on the sale block soon.

What is the deal with office space? They are cramming people in every nook & cranny. There are putting multiple people in offices where it’s meant for one person. They are putting people in the basement, conf rooms etc.
