Why is everyone so terrified of India, when I am buying a car I literally could not care less what country my data is processed in as long as I get the car I want- just me?

@a2m1 Any decent company would have these channels in place.

Keyloop are corrupt and do not care about anything other than protecting the business.

There is no point reporting internally, go direct to the regulators who protect consumers and personal data.

We are all on a one our way ticket out of Keyloop anyway. Might as well cause some disruption on the way out.

@a2fh each large company should have internal whistblowing channel

@a2fh Nobody in Keyloop would be interested. It would mean extra work for them. You would instantly be on a one way ticket out of there.

If you have first hand knowledge or evidence of this data transfer happening without the proper disclosures, you can report this to national data protection authorities and government bodies.

You can report a concern or submit a whistleblowing report via the ICO Online Complaint Portal. They investigate whether UK GDPR rules on transferring sensitive data (like financial history) outside the UK/EEA have been breached.

There is also the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Since the data involves credit applications, this falls under financial services regulations. The FCA has a dedicated Whistleblowing Team where you can report firms failing to protect consumer financial data or hide risks.

Ignoring misconduct allows businesses to continue their bad practices. Be part of the solution, not the problem.

I would be whistleblowing and reporting Keyloop to the Information Commissioner's Office if I had this information. Hopefully our customers who read this board will take note and log a complaint.

@a2f8 No. Myself and my entire team had been there for many years, some 15+. We had been handling all of that sensitive data before Keyloop bought Rapid RTC. We were professionals and very proud of it, not randoms off of the street.

@a2f6 wasn’t you a hire off the street too? Most of your data from other companies you’ve given it to is handled the same way, nothing new

Post ID: @a2f8+154y9TPM

@a2f3 Not the original poster, but for starters, I know that very sensitive data, including full financial information and credit histories are now being sent directly to and processed in India when they were kept in and processed in Canada/UK before.

The people processing this information were former chat agents, so basically hires off of the street now handling that data.

I am sure as sh1t that Keyloop did not inform the dealerships of this change. Tens of thousands of credit applications now in the hands of a random person from India.

Fransisco partners is already under scrutiny in Canada for potentially mishandling data after purchasing Moneris:

https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/moneris-deal-canadian-digital-sovereignty-9.7304962

If only they knew how much data is ALREADY being put at risk by passing directly to India.

Do car buyers even have a clue what is happening to their data now when they use a dealership website? Scary stuff. I would NEVER enter anything into a dealership website ever again.

How many quarters in a row can a CRO miss before we stop calling it a miss and start calling it a pattern? We’re now tracking toward quarter number five, off by millions. But sure, everything’s fine.

@a24e the saddest part is how many good people have gone … even if what was going on behind closed doors was used as the reason it’s probably more likely that they were close to whistle blowing.

@a24y What makes HR bad at dismissing employees?

Merit increases and bonuses used for severance payments then. Sums it up really. That would explain why some wages were on or below the minimum wage threshold.
People actually put up with this 5hit.
Glad to be out of there!
Good luck people.

@a21r The reduction and costs associated with personnel is laughable. Any manager would know from experience how bad this HR department is at dismissing employees. I have never ever seen such incompetence throughout my career and I have worked at a few places in my time.
Damage limitation springs to mind as this ship is about to sink. Watch the rats leave and go overboard first.

Fortunately they continue to have the town hall meetings, like the last fact, where they confirm their most total inability: they still don't have anything concrete and they are already thinking of changing it and it is not clear how... I would say excellent solution to start making excellent revenues and reduce debt, congratulations.

@a21j no one said the business insolvent it has a recurring revenue stream of 92%. It’s the business performance that is going backwards. Minimum revenue growth, which accounts to losses vs RPI increases with no new growth. Profit and margin growth only driven by huge cost cutting of personnel. It is a stale business losing customers and cutting to the bone with offshore. That can only last so long. The company was bought with zero debt and now it’s got huge bank loans and interest payments. Smell the roses.

@a21g I just fed the document to three AI's, had them cross-check each other and summarize. I guess it is what it is, no need to cry about it.

Financial Health Summary
Solvency & Going Concern: Stable. The company operates as a going concern with backing from strong financial sponsors and high gross margins inherent to enterprise software.

Profitability Realities: On an operational/EBITDA level, the business model is highly profitable and cash-generative. On a statutory/net income level, financial leverage and amortization of intangible assets from past acquisitions often keep statutory bottom-line profits low or negative—a common characteristic for leveraged software buyouts rather than an indicator of operational distress.

I didn’t post the below but Search for Concorde Topco Limited at Companies House. They have just submitted their financial statements for EOY Dec 2025. It not a pretty picture. Revenue very small growth, probably backwards if you remove RPI increases to existing recurring. EBITDA going backwards. Profit has increased only because of huge cost cutting. Still a huge amount of debt, interest is 91 million a year, receivables improved a bit but aged debt still very high. Paid half a million in golden goodbye handshakes!!! It a basket case compared to when CDK International was sold. Well done KLT.

@a1w8 unfortunately that’s what’s happening when you go from a collaborative people culture to a competitive people culture. It’s basic business knowledge. And with the way Keyloop acts, which is normal for F&P and PE companies, it will not change until someone is stupid enough to buy the company

Give us a freaking break. These people must be desperate for 5 minutes of fame or seriously deluded. Read your audience. You are looking like muppets and everyone is laughing at you.

I work with a lot of material that requires translating, we ask for support internally from native speakers just to be ignored or told they’re too busy or it’s not their job, so we use AI then ask native speakers to check it, to be ignored or told they’re too busy or it’s not their job. It’s painful working for Keyloop

Just had my laugh of the day, maybe even week, month or year :D
An advertisement and marketing campaign from Keyloop on ServiceHub in what is supposed to be a native language but when you dig into the wording and word combinations it’s all gibberish. Our customers will probably have the same laugh.
It was such a good idea to remove local marketing and rely on centralised teams and AI.
We are on the right track, heading straight towards the absolute abyss.

Now I'll let you realise what happened: you take an investor, who is in front of two companies to buy in the same sector, the first one asks you for a price and is practically free of debt, while the second one asks you for a tripled price and is full of debts... which one would you have bought?

Best wishes to those who are in the second company

@a19t I was the last Xmas party here in one of the offices in Canada which was absolutely empty. One of the dealers that gets invited asked me where everyone was, I said "India". The look on his face was as funny as the comments on this board.

Who would have thought that throwing your best staff in the trash and removing any sort of localized support would have negative consequences on the business?

Keyloop really could serve as a case study in how NOT to run a business successfully. Costco invests heavily in and retains staff properly. Global powerhouse, yet still pays their LOCAL staff an amazing wage. Should take a few business lessons there instead of "Keyloop University". (Really weird how this company invested in 2-3 year "early career programs" only to terminate all the participants in my group and move their jobs to India. Absolute waste of money.)

Anyways, best of luck to all. It's fascinating watching this thing fall apart in real time.
