EH is clearly in over his head and does not have leadership vision. Let’s remember he’s an athletic trainer, Nike intern/fanboy, slick salesman/cryboy. Not the DNA to turn this company around. The street & analysts now know this.
Can we march or protest to board of directors for his removal asap?
What makes you think Phil is not aware of everything that has happened since he started it all with his supposed retirement, and creation of the Swoosh GRAT vehicle.

Cancel investor day. It was a bad idea
It is all so sad to watch. Vibes and messaging cannot repair the damage caused by years of poor leadership and a fundamentally flawed strategy. What is needed is a real leadership reset and a mass purge. Everyone who does not want to be here, should be graciously offered the exit they want so bad.
The company has become burdened with too many layers of leadership and too many people elevated based on relationships rather than competence, experience, or a deep understanding of the footwear business that built the brand in the first place. Too many VP, SD, and D-level roles seem disconnected from the fundamentals that once made this company exceptional.
What a shame for Mr. Knight to watch the empire he built lose its way while the world simply moves forward without it.
