Qualcomm may be able to get a higher price from another suitor. Apple has plenty of money. Qualcomm would provide Apple some diversification in products and services as well become an in-house provider of high-quality chips.

I would guess not.. the stock price will settle at 78 and will be in suspended animation until the deal closes which could be well over a year.. there should be little incentive for current management to lay off.. thoughts ??
