Minimum 3 weeks, one week per every year served, not exceeding 6 months. Financial condition deteriorating after nxp deal with increased share price. This is new Qualcomm way. Bear with them.

Expected about 4200 employees get lay off notices over 12 months time. First lay off to start in April/May

Please share the package offered this time. As I see more to come in the near future, want to be better prepared in general before getting any news.
