Since the SRA, I have seriously reduced the hours I work. Lack of raise/bonus/rsu really ticked me off. I give 6-7 hours of face time a day. Probably 1-2 hours of work a day. Rest of day is strategizing how to make me look good to managers.

Any information on bonuses/RSU? I heard there was going to be a review "realignment" from my managwr. No clue what that means
