QCOM engineers have been making lots of money. All I see is alligator tears in regards to future layoffs. You guys are much better than other folks in the same profession.

When management, specially HR, doesn't know how much racism, sexism, and discrimination go on in the ranks, they either don't care or don't know. If they don't know, they are incompetent, if they don't care becomes a legal matter.
