RSU Plan

What do you think about RSU Plan if we were to compare it to the rest of the industry? Are we good, in the middle, etc? Just trying to gauge how folks are feeling about it.

Lots of QC folks at Apple. Is that a company worth moving to?

RSU I heard are great. Base salary not that much better. Will senior staff engineer at QC get a principal engineer position at Apple. What about stress levels and workload? If totally insane across the board, then maybe not worth it.
