It was a big mistake for us to work here. Very small growth for us in the past years: salary, title, stock, and real estate value and so on. Now we changed job to Bay Area, and feel like new graduates. It's like reset to begin. I really hate it!

Yesterday Mike C. confirmed the move of the whole PMIC team to India. Massive hiring is in progress at India’s office. PTE, VI, Systems moving. All people in SD under risk of layoffs, move will be completed by January of 2019. Good luck!
