What is everyone's thoughts on his Townhall a few weeks back!? I found it invigorating. I missed it in person but watched it today instead of going to the Shell USA one. ..I actually enjoyed it.

With consultants in the mix, I can only expect “right-sizing”, “efficiency drive”, or whatever is the fancy term these days for good old “getting a boot”.

I have seen that LCS, Chemical and Products Commercial, Corporate Relations and Legal have been affected. Anybody else? Do we know how many people? What's the situation with severance? When will this end?

There is a rumor that with the upcoming staff cuts the typical 3 weeks per yr of service wont be offered and only the legal minimum would be.. Also no volunteers either, they will tell you that you have been cut... Very different from past reorgs... — read more

Open Enrollment - is the HDHP any good?

Got open enrollment. The premiums for the HSA/PPO seem really high. Is the HDHP any good? The deductibles seem as low as possible for HSA eligible HDHP. Does this still fully cover Centers of Excellence? That's a big benefit of the health plan.
