What is everyone's thoughts on his Townhall a few weeks back!? I found it invigorating. I missed it in person but watched it today instead of going to the Shell USA one. ..I actually enjoyed it.

With consultants in the mix, I can only expect “right-sizing”, “efficiency drive”, or whatever is the fancy term these days for good old “getting a boot”.

For those impacted, will the severance be 1 week per year as stated in the SPD or will it be the 3 weeks they have been giving the past few layoffs?

If I take the severance, can I ever be re-hired by Shell? Seeing some alarming reddit posts that say I cannot.

Looked at the insurance benefit in NB today and it looks like the coverage as a multiple of annual base salary has been updated. What are you all seeing in terms of an increase from last year? 8% here, JG4, close to 100% PIR

Anyone outside of North America, get the news letter from Machteld stating layoffs are coming. Maybe not "an organization-wide restructuring". Just different assets, and teams.

Got open enrollment. The premiums for the HSA/PPO seem really high. Is the HDHP any good? The deductibles seem as low as possible for HSA eligible HDHP. Does this still fully cover Centers of Excellence? That's a big benefit of the health plan.
