I've heard some managers protect their favorites by asking them to go on "medical leave" to keep from getting laid off. Not sure if it is true or not, but some of you may know more

Shell workers are mediocre

When I was in school many years ago, Shell was a magic name. Since then I have worked there several times as a IT consultant and I can tell you that your IT folks are well below average. I assume the rest of you are as well.

10000 lay offs.

Not sure how they aelect the layoffs. Is it targetd at reducing expats or can impact locals too. Do they look last three years IPF?

All Contractors are under performed at One Shell and Two Shell Plaza and all these contractors are from Accenture,IBM and Wipro must be fired.
