There will be more cuts after we close the BG deal. There will be redundancies and with crude heading for the $30s, it's going to be deep cuts. This is just the 1st round

Is it just me or are the contractors outlasting the staff??? They aren't subjected to this IPF crap!

Half of the layoffs will be Shell employees and half will be contractors. Some will be through normal attrition .

In this low price environment. Thing is the IPF ranking system is flawed. If the number is 30% in UA like I was told, good luck finding 30% of staff with average IPF lower than 0.85 like Anonymous136143 heard
