@a14z it shows that Keyloop in it’s current structure is a really bad business case with no future growth opportunities. Otherwise it would have been Keyloop that would have been sold. What FP will do now, over the next 6-12 months, is pull all assets out of Keyloop, split and sell the products with a 5 year contract on revenue share. That way FP and it’s investors will reduce the loss to a minimum.

@a14z Keyloop are HATED across the industry, I cannot say this with enough gusto.

Customers hate them with a passion, OEMS' despise them.

Best of luck to Pinewood.AI I wish them great success and prosperity.

@a14z What makes you think that? Keyloop was also bought out, and look where we've ended up. This isn't about confidence, Pinewood will probably get shafted too. It's all about the $$$$$$ and nothing else.

Pinewood being purchased, shows there’s more confidence in those guys??

Don't lower your standards and discriminate. It's not clever, it's not kind, it may cost you more than you think.

You may regret your actions down the line.

@a0s7 On point. Made in UK/Canada vs. made in India - I wonder which produces the better product?

Like much in life, you get what you pay for. Cheaper in the short term and looks great on paper, but detrimental in the long run.

@a0r6 you say he is doing a great job in FP view but I would agree to differ. Their plan was a three years exit at a 3 times return. They have failed on both counts. The business has sunk and its reputation is ruined. They have failed to sell it on numerous occasions. Growth is next to nothing and taking away the acquisitions the core business is going backwards at alarming rate. Customer bad debt is far too big and customer satisfaction stinks. Agreed FP have loaded the business with debt to recover their investment but that only works when they exit at a sensible price.

CEO going no where - he is FP. So FP wont get rid as from their percective he is doing a great job - they are taking money out of the buisness and loading it with debt.

Thats how it works.

Most likely company will be sold rather than CEO being removed.
Problem is who wants to buy a pile of sh1t

You're really wrong if you think the current CEO will be replaced, it's as if the boss fired himself

Keyloop's CEO is a cowboy, leading his team of Indians, trying to conquer North America and beyond.
Akin to General Custer's last stand at the battle of the Greasy Grass, he is destined to lose and the loss will be significant in Keyloop's history.

Kilroy will fall before long. Karma never rushes, but it always arrives on time

"A good CEO can't make a company, but a bad CEO can break one" I remember hearing during a workshop a few years ago. These thoughts cross my mind as I munch on my breakfast, watching the trainwreck called "Fusion" unfold in slow motion.

@a03p Raise a grievance. Go down the ACAS/ tribunal route. Keyloop are enforcing deliberate attrition. You will see no change in the way Keyloop behave. The treatment of employees is appalling.

A total failure! During a presentation today of a competing product to ServiceHub, several customers asked whether the competing product integrates with Keyloop DMS. So dealers want Keyloop’s DMS but not their layered apps, including ServiceHub.
Kick out our product leadership now! And let’s bring in people to management who know what this is all about and what customers want!!

@9zgr I would say the two star reviews are on something. One star is the norm and are realistic to the hellhole which is Keyloop. I would apply for something less stressful like bo-b disposal. Senior management are employed to destroy you.

How are the Glassdoor reviews nowadays are they inline with the reality of working at Keyloop?
I'm considering applying for a senior role and would love some honest opinions.

@9z41 If consumers / dealerships are unaware that full credit applications and financial history are passing through India first, shouldn’t they at least be made aware this is happening?

To me this seems super shady and likely illegal. As a car buyer, I would be extremely concerned knowing that someone in India has access to all my credit info.

I don't know about the Rock, but I'll open a six pack of whoop a-s on the whole lot of the KLT and any manager who wants a piece.
I'll start with the Gnome "Kilroy" first. He's about about as charismatic as his size, 4 inches (on a good day).

Post ID: @9z7p+154y9TPM

@9z7h In summary:

In classic "The Rock" style, the piece criticises Keyloop as an overcomplicated, inefficient company that has become weighed down by mergers, bureaucracy, and slow, outdated systems. It jokes that the platform is difficult to use, innovation has been replaced by unnecessary complexity, and productivity suffers because of excessive management and meetings. It ends with a tongue-in-cheek declaration that "The Rock" is moving on, telling Keyloop to "know your role" and stop wasting his time.

FINALLY… The Rock has come back to talk about Keyloop.

And The Rock has been watching, oh yes—watching Keyloop stumble around like a confused intern on their first day, tapping buttons, pushing updates, breaking workflows, and calling it “innovation.”

Keyloop, The Rock sees you. The Rock hears you. The Rock smells you… and what The Rock smells is a big steaming pile of over‑engineered, under‑delivered, corporate monkey cr-p.

You stand there, Keyloop, acting like you’re the People’s Platform, the People’s Software, the People’s Solution. But The Rock took one look at your systems, your processes, your “roadmaps,” and The Rock said:

“What in the blue he-l is this?”

You’ve got more mergers than sense, more managers than progress, and more meetings than productivity. You’ve got teams scattered across the UK like Pokémon, except none of them evolve.

The Rock tried to use your tools—clicked one button, waited… clicked another button, waited… clicked a third button, and The Rock aged seven years.

Keyloop, you don’t streamline. You don’t optimise. You don’t innovate.

You complicate.

And The Rock says this with love, with passion, with the electricity of millions and millions of fans:

If Keyloop ever wants to run a real operation, a real system, a real platform… then Keyloop needs to take its outdated, bloated, corporate candy‑a-s… turn it sideways… and stick it straight up its own digital transformation.

Because The Rock is done. The Rock is finished. The Rock is moving on to bigger things, better things.

Keyloop…

Know your role.
Shut your servers down.
And never… EVER… waste The Rock’s time again.

If ya smeeeeeellllll… what The Rock… is cookin’.

So happy I found this thread.

Had my job in Keyloop leads as a DVS/DPA terminated and my position replaced in India along with the rest of my team. (Data verification specialist, lead processing, Data processing analyst.)
( Formerly Rapid RTC)

We of course had to train our replacements… highly questionable work ethic to say the least and all of that customer financial data, full credit information, passing through India first….. are the consumers even aware that their financial information goes to India?

Very sad to see the destruction of the product I worked so very hard at - leads were excellent and will now be dog sh-t

The greed is disgusting.

@9z1q more failure ! the whole thing is a failure, from start to finish, good products destroyed, good people disposed of, out sourcing to people who are not trained properly and cant do the job and incompetant senior managment, all wrapped up by an attitude of stuff the customers led from the top, as the famous line from dads army, were all doomed

It just feels like we are spiraling out of control. Dealers being told that Fusion isnt ready and may not be for months. How can we sell a product and launch it when it isnt even ready for use! Embarrassing. We are setting ourselves up for more failure.

@9ynf it all started about 2 years ago when we got that new Senior DMS Director who hates the DMS’. I remember him giving his vision to the teams when he started and how the teams chats went ballistic afterwards - people were in disbelief of what they heard. I actually thought he was as funny as some of the “Little Britain” characters, as for sure he made me laugh.
But having a Senior Director responsible for a product portfolio that he hates and find obsolete, is like having mr. Killjoy participate in Ex on the beach - bound for disaster.

We already provide products that the customers WANT, it's called a DMS - Drive/Rev8.
Invest in those and improve them, keep our current customers happy, they're the ones paying our wages, stop wasting time and money on something nobody cares about.

@9ymp Yes it's true, when the product arrives it will already be obsolete and surpassed by products already on the market and working...better if they sell now with local products that still make revenues
