Can anyone confirm if they were paid out their PTO upon being fired/quitting. I am having an issue with that as well as being paid my commission. Ideally looking for feedback from someone not in California.

look at your company policy handbook. Normally, it is paid out and some companies have a policy of not paying out if you have reached a maximum
