Is there going to be any reorg or Lockheed Martin layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

They are offering some buyouts to those 60 yo and older who have 10 years with the company in Syracuse NY and talk of layoffs
it goes up and it goes down. sometimes we hire sometimes we fire
