2u seems to be targeting US workers for layoffs while sparing foreign workers. This is considered anti-american bias. You can file a charge online at eeoc.gov **search for how to file a charge of employment discrimination.

2u is firing expensive US employees and keeping cheaper foreign contractors abroad as well as some of the few remaining cheap employees abroad, and there's nothing illegal about that. It's stupid, short sighted, and terrible for the company, but it's not illegal.
