Can someone tell me why it takes the managers anywhere from three weeks to three months to approve pto?

Exactly,fat over paid do nothing slobs don’t give a cr-p!hope they all get replaced by a robot who opens the doors,team lead can turn off the alarm-then go to I pad for work details for the day,then a/I can have a morning meeting -so long managers
