Medicare ADs have come over to Medicaid side and are pushing the micromanaging just like they did on Medicare side.
Yes & it does not stop with member facing people. It goes up to at least AD level.
Always been a toxic waste dump, at least for the last 10 years. Just consider the source- your toxic leaders.
SNP has always been a disaster and a difficult place to work. They just won a big contract out of IL so they are probably gearing up to manage that without hiring more nurses so putting pressure on nurses to improve performance/ metrics.
