Is anyone experiencing a toxic work environment? I've noticed it's only getting worse for people. Managers are getting more demanding and criticizing almost every task. I know 5 people that were pushed out in the last few years. I currently know several people who are getting pushed and pushed to get more work done and they are strong ICs. There's not a lot of work/life balance left. I wonder if they are doing this in anticipation that there might be layoffs soon in the future.

Old Q2 is dead and New Q2 India is in play.
Definitely getting worse and worse. Looking for a new job ASAP. Especially if we get bought soon; more lay-offs.
been going downhill for years, they're hiring too many managers who couldn't cut it at Amazon and now are ruining the culture at q2 by wearing ICs thin and bullying them out. the big tech infection is spreading far and wide and no company of q2 size is safe....old q2 is dead and is not coming back
