They need to just shutdown.
2 weeks after the survey, one of the business unit's CEO wants to meet with employees with no leadership present, so there are no repercussions. Senior management has now ordered middle management to schedule meetings with these employees, under the pretext of helping them prepare for these meetings. They want to know what topics will be discussed with this CEO. I swear, the ba--s on these people. This is so unethical!
Another cowardly leadership prerecorded town hall today. A town hall is a two way communication. Pathetic.
They feel they are the smartest in the room yet here we are going from one crisis to another.
It is concerning to watch former Aristocrat executives compromise our company's unique value proposition by attempting to replicate their previous employer's model.

@4q7 Seems like there is a lack of engagement. Maybe ELT should get out of their Ivory Tower and start engaging with creators. How about not pre-recording the town hall for starters?

@zw I don’t care if we become an Australian company. ELT just needs to fire Nick Nack! Our team, that comprises of Americans, Aussies, Brits, Canadians, Indians and other nationalities, are united when we say, we absolutely hate this guy!
He is a lazy jobsworth, has zero integrity, talks down to non-Americans and adds no value whatsoever. Sadly, he gets promoted every year by his good friend and fellow American, "The Bro", because the bias is real.
