@158 there are people much worse than him in this org. He first needs to get rid of all the Karen PMs that's infesting his org and it can be salvaged. He's not that bad compared to done of the other leaders. Bit his swamp needs draining for sure.
@nk hes so bad.. he's going to sink the entire contact center which is already terrible and highly mismanaged.

that guy is a lazy fat a-s. The call was weak, no real talk, nothing honest. He has zero clue how to run infrastructure or a contact center, let alone anything else. Somehow he’s floated upward by bouncing between jobs and climbing the ladder without ever earning it.
I had the "pleasure" of working with him at a previous company, and trust me he was not this big there. Now at UHG? Management are a bunch of clueless suits who don't understand tech but still make every major decision on their own. They hire the wrong people for the wrong roles, and this guy is proof.
