They are doubling-down on their India Capability Center and doing massive layoffs after they missed earnings. If things don't improve this quarter (which seems doubtful with tight wallets keeping people away from their vets), there will almost certainly be another round of layoffs in 3 months.

ZET poor decisions, continued arrogance from senior leaders, who are completely disconnected from reality and think AI will save the world. The lay off, and there are many around the world is a pure cost cutting measure. Zoetis has deliver poor product abd high price. Vets and customer have had enough and voting not to purchase. No matter how much the CEO likes to promote her “on purpose” BS, the culture is further from the truth, with yesr on year poor internal survey scores, nothing is ever done to correct it. The toxic, ego driven leadership will not be corrected until they are all gone. Zoetis has not hit rock bottom yet, and will poor product after poor product, truth being hidden from vets and customers about QA, this company is a swing and a miss.
hahah you believing that line of bs that pet owners not going to their vets?!? open your eyes & ears, the poor decision making and constant cycle of change in leadership has sunk the ship. zoetis needs to step off the high horse and realize those in glass houses shouldnt throw stones. the ZET are too far removed from the field and the companies refusal to adapt is the karma they deserve.
