Why does fidelity say they don’t tolerate harassment? It always makes me giggle when someone says that because yes it absolutely happens at work.

They are all set up their own group or gang no matter how much you are suffering from harassment this is No 1 hypocrite company in the US and they load tons of H1 from south india and they don't care about US citizen became a jobless and uncertainty of their life.
Just look at r/fidelity and see how customers and anyone who raises an issue is treated. They viciously accuse, downvote, mark posts and comments as spam, and delete them. If they have no problem bullying online, it’s probably much worse internally
I've reported SA and the perps are still here. The victims have been impacted more.

Ended up in the quarterly review as "challenge working with others" when I complained about being harrassed.
