More leadership leaving

Saw the note about another sr leaders leaving in service enablement. Kinda makes me think those leaders have a sense of what's to come and are getting out early. Idk, I never was much of a fan of ZK, but kinda makes me nervous all of the people leaving.

IDK about that. I think they see the writing on the wall and are trying to get out while the broader job market it kinda okay.

Leaders leaving isn’t a sign of layoff. It can be, but it’s not a 100% sign. Leaders are people and they can decide to move jobs like anyone else for many reasons just like anyone else

ZK was the furthest thing from a narcissist. He was the best person at Wayfair to collaborate with on anything. Give me a break.

ZK was a narcissist who treated some people well and others horrendously.

what exactly weren’t you a fan of? ZK was doing the work of 4 people and was a genuinely nice guy while doing it.

Enablement roles like his have become tech roles, with without the tech pay. Don’t blame him.
