BNSF has 835 train dispatchers for roughly the same amount of territory miles the UP has 300 train dispatchers covering.

@cc UP does not have a choice if it goes to an election and the UP dispatchers actually have some sense about themselves and vote yes to representation

They are stuck on salary, UP isn't going to allow them back to hourly and overtime pay. If it benefits the employee, UP won't allow it.
